Portuguese Administration may grant Portuguese citizenship through naturalization to those persons who prove their Portuguese Sephardic origin, in application of Law No. 37\/81 of October 3.\r\n\r\nBy obtaining Portuguese nationality, descendants of Sephardic Jews will be granted with the <strong>benefits associated to an European nationality:<\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Right to remain and work in Portugal.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Right to apply for residence and work permit for immediate family members.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Right to remain and work within the EU.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Mobility on the Schengen territory.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nEES has developed its own optimized process to obtain Portuguese Nationality, including preliminary feasibility analysis, to confirm there are sufficient indications of a
